1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- Pan-India Delivery: All major cities and towns across India
- Remote Areas: May require additional delivery time
- International Shipping: Currently not available (coming soon)
2. Processing Time
Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
Bulk/Institutional Orders: 2-5 business days
Custom/Special Orders: 5-10 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after order processing:

4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹5,000 (within India)
- Standard Shipping: ₹150-₹500 depending on location and weight
- Express Shipping: Available on request (additional charges apply)
- Bulk Orders: Shipping costs negotiable for large institutional orders
Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Track your order through our courier partner's website
- SMS updates for delivery status (where available)
- Contact us for any tracking assistance
6. Packaging
We take special care in packaging healthcare products:
- Medical Devices: Packed in original manufacturer packaging with additional protective materials
- Diagnostic Equipment: Securely packed with bubble wrap and foam inserts
- Fragile Items: Clearly marked and handled with extra care
- Temperature-Sensitive Products: Shipped with appropriate cooling/insulation where required
7. Delivery Requirements
- Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact number
- For institutional deliveries, provide specific department/contact person details
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails:
- Courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- You will be notified via SMS/email
- Package will be held at local courier office for 7 days
- After 7 days, package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Report any visible damage immediately to the courier
- Take photos of damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Do not accept severely damaged packages
We will arrange for replacement or refund for damaged items as per our Refund Policy.
