Refund & Return Policy

At Best Health Services Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the description
  • Product is missing parts or accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medical devices and diagnostic equipment
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Consumables (test strips, reagents, etc.) once opened
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in original, unopened packaging
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Have intact manufacturer seals and labels
  • Not show signs of use or damage
  • Include original invoice/receipt

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at best.health.serv@gmail.com or call +91 9483012015 within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product name and details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/defective)

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Do not ship products without an RA number.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team. Include the RA number on the package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Products: We cover return shipping costs
  • Wrong Product Delivered: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if return is accepted)
  • Refused Delivery: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the product

Refund Approval: You will be notified via email

Refund Processing: 5-7 business days

Credit to Account: 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the same account
  • UPI: Refunded to the linked account
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products with minor defects that don't affect functionality
  • Products returned after the 7-day window (at our discretion)
  • Products with missing accessories or documentation
  • Products with damaged packaging but intact product

9. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at best.health.serv@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

10. Bulk & Institutional Orders

Returns and refunds for bulk or institutional orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team at best.health.serv@gmail.com for assistance.

11. Warranty Claims

For products covered by manufacturer warranty:

  • Contact us with warranty claim details
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer
  • Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer
  • Warranty claims may require direct manufacturer contact

12. Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Full refund will be processed
  • Contact us immediately to cancel

After Shipping:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery and request a refund
  • Return shipping charges may apply

13. Damaged in Transit

Important: Inspect your package upon delivery!

  • Report visible damage to the courier immediately
  • Take photos of damaged packaging and products
  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund

14. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Products returned after 7 days (unless defective)
  • Shipping charges (unless we made an error)
  • Products purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
